Under pressure from her family, a suburban woman tries to avoid marrying her cousin. She finds the perfect match in newspaper ads and starts writing letters to him. Meanwhile, in another part of the city, a maid thinks that he killed his wealthy employer, with whom she had an affair, in an argument and she runs away. 

The two women meet on a bus ride and become good friends even though they don’t know each other. Neither of them knows that their lives will intersect again very soon. One women’s journey ends when she is pulled into dark waters and found unconscious on the beach by a fisherman.

And the other one starts a new life with her friend’s identity card and soon goes on a date to marry the man with whom she corresponded. The two women will meet again and be drawn into a game of revenge.
